Few reasons of AJAX not running on remote server.

1. You can put the dll's in the bin folder but your applications trust level should be at "fully trust" or you have to install the dll in the Gac.
2. The AJAX extensions was not installed. So I downloaded the AJAX extensions to the remote server. And that solved the problem. Everything works fine on the remote server now
